 All payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. If you book a hotel & events package and have completed payment, we may be able to refund some of the cost depending when you cancel at our discretion.

We will have day and night events taking place daily consisting of theme night parties, pool parties, beach parties, J’ouvert, boat parties, & more. A full itinerary of events and themes will be released in March 2022

You’ll receive a confirmation and further information on how to complete the balance. There is a payment structure in place to make paying the balance easy and manageable.

The balance is spread across 1, 2 or 3 further payments to make it easy and manageable. Your account needs to be cleared in full by Friday 1st May 2022

No we do not provide flights. There are many carriers that serve Gran Canaria. If travelling from the UK, flights are generally cheaper from London. Use the search engine on our Travel page to find the best flights.

 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport (LPA)

Your pass/package doesn’t include transfer. A taxi’s from the airport to Playa Del Ingles is roughly €20-25, or you can get a local bus for €3.50.

Wristband Collection/Meet & Greet will be available from 5-9pm Thursday 16th June. First official party from 10pm Thursday 16th June.

The standard wristband includes 4 night events and 3 daytime events. Only events that is not included is the Boat Party. VIP Wristband includes all events and queue jump.

All events are taking place in Playa Del Ingles.

Door payments will be possible if we’re not at capacity but prices of each event will start at €40

We advise you book your hotel in Playa Del Ingles, close to Kasbah shopping area.

Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 12pm. If you arrive early or have a late flight back on day of check-out, there is a luggage room to safely store your luggage.

We are hopeful restrictions will ease in the coming months and are planning to deliver a truly memorable event, If however we do find ourselves in the unlikely situation of having to reschedule then our refund policy is as follows:

– Customers who have completed payment in FULL will be entitled to carry their package over to the rescheduled date or claim a full refund (minus any booking fees).

– Customers who have only made part payment (Deposit/instalments) will be entitled to carry their payment over to the rescheduled date.

Currently UK Residents need to be fully vaccinated to enter Gran Canaria. 

If you’ve had COVID-19 in the past year

If you’re travelling to Spain for tourism purposes, are not fully vaccinated but have recovered from prior COVID-19 infection in the last 6 months, you can use the UK proof of COVID-19 recovery record or a recovery certificate issued by a relevant health authority or medical service to certify your COVID-19 status.


At least 11 days must have passed since your first positive COVID-19 nucleic acid amplification test – NAAT (PCR or similar) or rapid antigen test. The recovery record or certificate will be valid for 180 days from the date of the positive test and must include the following information:

 – your full name

 – the date you first tested positive for COVID-19

 – the type of test administered (e.g. COVID-19 nucleic acid amplification test – NAAT (PCR or similar) or rapid antigen test)

 – the name of the country issuing the recovery record or certificate 

– documentary proof of the diagnostic test from which the Recovery Certificate is derived

 

 

 

If you are travelling from any other EU region you will required to present 1 of the following documents:

a) Certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19.

 

b) Negative Diagnostic Test of Active COVID-19 Infection. Antigen tests taken a maximum of 24 hours before arrival in Spain and NAAT tests (PCR, TMA, LAMP) taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Spain will be accepted.

 

c) Certificate of recovery confirming that the holder has recovered from COVID-19, issued at least 11 days after the first positive NAAT test (PCR, TMA, LAMP). The certificate is valid for 180 days.
