You can enter by:
•Presenting a Negative PCR test
•Presenting a Recovery Certificate (Recovery certificates are valid for 6 months. A positive lateral flow test registered on the NHS app between 8th Dec 2021 – 21st May 2022 means you are eligible for a Recovery Certificate to cover Summer In Malta 2022 dates)
If we have to reschedule the event due to Covid-19 restrictions:
– Customers who have completed payment in FULL will be entitled to carry their package over to the rescheduled date or claim a full refund (minus any booking fees).
– Customers who have only made part payment (Deposit/instalments) will be entitled to carry their payment over to the rescheduled date.

When is Soca Mazza?
Thursday 6th June to Monday 10th June. The final event takes place on Sunday 9th June (night)

What is the age restriction?
You have to be 18+ to attend
What happens if I book and can no longer attend?
All payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. If you book a hotel & events package and have completed payment, we may be able to refund some of the cost depending when you cancel at our discretion.
What events are taking place?
We will have day and night events taking place daily consisting of theme night parties, pool parties, beach parties, J’ouvert, boat parties, & more. A full itinerary of events and themes will be released in March 2024
What happens after I pay my deposit?
You’ll receive a confirmation and further information on how to complete the balance. There is a payment structure in place to make paying the balance easy and manageable.
When do I need to complete payment by?
The balance is spread across 1, 2 or 3 further payments to make it easy and manageable. Your account needs to be cleared in full by 26th April 2024
Do you provide flights?
No we do not provide flights. There are many carriers that serve Gran Canaria. If travelling from the UK, flights are generally cheaper from London. Use the search engine on our Travel page to find the best flights.
Which airport do I fly to?
Does my pass/package include transfer?
Your pass/package doesn’t include transfer. A taxi’s from the airport to Playa Del Ingles is roughly €20-25, or you can get a local bus for €3.50.
When does the first event take place?
Wristband Collection/Meet & Greet will be available from 4-7pm Thursday 6th June. First official party from 10pm Thursday 6th June.
How many events are included in the standard wristband package?
The standard wristband includes 4 night events and 3 daytime events. Only events that is not included is the Boat Party. VIP Wristband includes all events and queue jump.
Where are the events taking place?
All events are taking place in Playa Del Ingles.
Can you pay on the door of the events?
Door payments will be possible if we’re not at capacity but prices of each event will start at €40
What board is the hotel/room?

I want to book my own hotel, where should I book it?
We advise you book your hotel in Playa Del Ingles, close to Kasbah shopping area.
Can I book a single room?
Yes you can at an additional cost
Is there wifi in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has FREE high speed wifi throughout
When is check in and check out?
Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 12pm. If you arrive early or have a late flight back on day of check-out, there is a luggage room to safely store your luggage.
